ZANESVILLE: Elizabeth Ann Glosser, 54, of Zanesville passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at home. She was born June 4, 1958 in Norfolk, Va. To Harry Nelson and Linda Lee Lorentz. Beth was a 1976 graduate of Zanesville High School.

Shemarried Harry Glosser, Jr. on December 31, 1992. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Beth worked for many years as a bus driver for Muskingum County Head Start and Zbus. Bintz 72 passed away at 8:10 am on Saturday, March 02, 2013 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. Jack was born August 20, 1940 in Zanesville the son of the late John and Marion (Little) Bintz; he retired in 2000 after 37 years working at United Technologies in Production Control, he is a former member of AM, Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Genesis Hopice Morrison House in Zanesville following a one year battle with cancer.

Frances was born on January 27, 1932 in Meally, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John Music and Flossie Perkey Music Houston. Frances retired from Hartstone Pottery in Zanesville. Prior to that, she worked at Nelson McCoy Pottery the St. Thomas Catholic Church and he attends the Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Duncan Falls and he served his country in the US Navy. Jack is survived by his wife Beverly Bintz whom he married July 4, I960; his three sons John (Kimberly) Bintz of Heath, Pat (Kari) Bintz and Thomas (Lori) Bintz both of Zanesville and his daughter Marty Bintz of Zanesville; his brother Dan (Melanie) Bintz of Cambridge and his three sisters Judith Doll Bintz of Beaver, OH, Katherine "Candy" (Dick) Foehl and Cheri Zecicikey both of Ft.

Myers FL; his 12 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his son Michael Bintz who passed away in 2006; and a grandson Scott Michael Bintz. Frances is survived by one daughter, Jennie (John) Simmons of Crooksville; her sons, Richard Sowers, Leonard (Mollie) Sowers and James Sowers, all of Crooksville; sixteen grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and many others who called her many nieces and nephews; sisters, Wanda Groves of Marion, Shirley McKenzie and Nora Daniels of Kentucky; brothers, Charles Houston of Ohio and James Houston of Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Leonard Sowers who passed away in 1957; her second husband, Eldon (Bud) McHenry, who passed away in 1995; grandson, Billy Sowers; step-son, Bernard Sowers; sisters, Opal Hayden, Avonell Orr and Janet Houston and brothers, Leonard and Johnny Music and Eslie Houston. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Esther L. (Van Horn) ZANESVILLE: Dorothy Eileen Jesse, 86, of Zanesville, passed away at 6:36 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on February 26, 1927, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late William H. and Anna Mattey Evans.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Brighton Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two sons, Marc Douglas (Nancy) Jesse of Fairview Park, OH and Richard "Rick" (Polly) Jesse of Zanesville; a Riesbeck's Pick 'n Save at 800 Howard St. in Zanesville and the New Concord Riesbeck's at 168 W. Main St. John Chickery, Riesbeck's bakery program director, said items are shipped to the two stores from the South Zanesville bakery four to six days a week, depending on demand and season.

The company, a staple in the community and region for decades, was founded on the principles of making quality products and providing convenience for customers, he said. Founded by Margaret Riesbeck in 1926, the company began in Woodsfield with a small store and grew to include 15 stores in Ohio and West Virginia. From the start, baked items have been a key part of the company, Chickery said. "The company has had bakeries since the beginning," he said. "As a matter of fact, we still use recipes today that were the founder's original recipes." The raisin-filled cookies and the pumpkin recipe used to make bread and rolls are two of Riesbeck's original recipes.

Born May 11, 1931 in Muskingum Township of Muskingum County, she was a daughter of the late Raymond C. and Marie S. (White) Crazier and was a 1949 graduate of Dresden Jefferson High School. Mrs. Ross was a homemaker and was retired from the Hospitality-Tourism department of the Betty J.

Garner MCCONNELSVILLE: Betty J. Garner, 80, of Newark formerly of McConnelsville passed away at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 in Newark. She was born August 13,1932 in Morgan County to the late Dwight North and Pearl Matson North. Betty had worked as a cook at the Blue Bell Restaurant in McConnelsville and drove for the Morgan County Transit.

She was also a member of the Main Street Church Of Christ in McConnelsville and drove for Meals-On-Wheels. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Tanner of Alabama and Sharon Addis of Galion; three sons, Terry Dickinson of McConnelsville, Robert Garner of Texas and Ricky Garner of Zanesville; a sister, Delores Reed of Newark; and a brother, Keith North of Malta; 18 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clayton Dickinson and her second husband, Rufus Garner; a sister, Sonja Stevens; and three grandchildren. Billy K. Parry ZANESVILLE: Billy K. 'Parry, 89, of Zanesville, passed away at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Genesis Hospice Palliative Care with his loving daughters by his side. He was born on March 30, 1923, in Zanesville, a son of the late Wilbert L.

and Dorothy Frantz Parry. He attended the Chicago Technical College. He retired after 40 years of service as a construction superintendent for Paul Construction. He was a member of First Christian Church and he served our country and protected our freedom by serving in the United States Army Infantry Division where he was a decorated veteran who was wounded in France and was awarded the Purple Heart. Surviving are his wife, Erma I.
