today. Courthouse News Grand Jury Continues Today November term of Muskingum County grand jury convened Monday in the Cour-' thouse to consider criminal charges against a number of persons. A report on indictments was expected today if the session is completed. Prosecutor Richard Bridwell said the report was delayed when the grand jury started on an independent investigation. Suit Filed Carl M. Miller Jr. of Roseville Route 2 Monday filed a $50,000 personal injury suit against Muskingum Auto Parts Company of 1840 West Main street and Consolidated International of Columbus. In his petition, Miller claims he purchased a motorcycle from the auto parts company April 21, 1973 and the cycle was found to have a defective gasoline tank. He said the defective tank was replaced, but claims the motorcycle was improperly reassembled.
